Who We Are
The Sisterhood Wellness House is a developing women‑only wellness sanctuary in Massachusetts designed to honor the cultural modesty, privacy, and spiritual needs of Muslim women while welcoming all women who value safety, dignity, and sisterhood. We are building a space where women can heal, grow, and thrive — emotionally, spiritually, and physically — without compromise.
Our mission is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and the belief that women deserve spaces created intentionally for their comfort, safety, and empowerment.
Our Purpose
The Sisterhood Wellness House exists to fill a long‑standing gap in wellness spaces: a place where modesty, privacy, and cultural respect are not afterthoughts, but foundational values. We serve women who seek:
-
modesty‑aligned fitness
-
emotional and mental wellness support
-
Islamic spiritual growth
-
healing workshops
-
childcare integrated into wellness
-
community connection
-
women‑only staffing and environments
This is a sanctuary built with intention — by women, for women.
Our Story
Founded by Renee, a non‑Muslim woman committed to cultural humility and respectful allyship, The Sisterhood Wellness House began as a vision to create a space where Muslim women could access wellness without sacrificing modesty or comfort. Through listening, learning, and collaborating with Muslim women, this project grew into a dual‑structured organization dedicated to holistic care, community building, and spiritual nourishment.
Today, The Sisterhood Wellness House stands as a developing initiative shaped by the voices, needs, and lived experiences of the women it serves.

Why This Space Matters
Women — especially Muslim women — deserve spaces where they can move freely, breathe deeply, and exist without fear of being seen, judged, or misunderstood. The Sisterhood Wellness House is being built to meet that need with dignity, cultural respect, and unwavering commitment.
This is more than a wellness center. It is a home for healing, growth, and sisterhood.

Privacy & Modesty
At The Sisterhood Wellness House, privacy is sacred. Every space, policy, and program is intentionally designed to honor women’s modesty, protect their dignity, and ensure complete comfort. From women‑only staffing to no‑photography guidelines, we create an environment where women can move freely and feel fully safe.

Cultural Respect
We center the needs of Muslim women through cultural humility, active listening, and community collaboration. Our programs and practices are shaped by the lived experiences of the women we serve, ensuring that every aspect of our sanctuary reflects respect, understanding, and inclusivity.

Sisterhood
We believe in the power of women supporting women. The Sisterhood Wellness House is a place of connection, compassion, and shared growth — a community where women uplift one another, build meaningful relationships, and find strength in unity.
