The Sisterhood Wellness House is currently in development and working toward nonprofit incorporation and 501(c)(3) status.
We are seeking dedicated individuals who share our vision of creating a welcoming and supportive space focused on women's wellness, personal growth, education, community, and empowerment.
As a Founding Board Member, you will have the unique opportunity to help establish the foundation of an organization designed to make a lasting impact in the lives of women and families.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who:
• Believe in the importance of women's wellness and community support
• Are committed to ethical and collaborative leadership
• Can contribute ideas, skills, and guidance
• Are willing to attend periodic planning and board meetings
• Want to help build a mission-driven organization from the ground up
Experience in the Following Areas Is Helpful:
Wellness and holistic health, Mental health, Education, Healthcare, Business and entrepreneurship, Accounting or finance, Marketing and communications, Fundraising and grant writing, Legal services, Community outreach.
Time Commitment:
Board service is a volunteer leadership opportunity. During our development phase, commitment is expected to include periodic planning meetings and participation in foundational organizational decisions.
